***ALL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN INSPECTION FEE. This will include a site visit for a thorough inspection of the crawlspace, a report documenting our findings of the conditions and any problems we are able to locate at the time, and a corresponding estimate with pricing for all recommended services we are able to offer to help fix the issues.
