INSPECTION FEES
**Properties located outside of Ocean County will be subject to an inspection fee due before or upon time of inspection. If we are hired to perform the follow up proposed services, the fee amount will be deducted from the total bill.
**ALL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN INSPECTION FEE. This will include a site visit for a thorough inspection of the crawlspace, a report documenting our findings of the conditions and any problems we are able to locate at the time, and a corresponding estimate with pricing for all recommended services we are able to offer to help fix the issues.
